Delivery is free on most orders. When you place an order over €59, you don’t pay for shipping. For smaller orders under €59, the shipping cost is only €7.50.
Yes, of course. Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll first receive an order confirmation. As soon as we’ve shipped your package, you’ll receive another email with tracking information, so you can easily follow your order all the way to your door.
All our shipments are fully insured, so you can always feel confident that your package will arrive safely. In the unlikely event that something goes wrong, we’ll of course send a replacement immediately—free of charge.
