Delivery is free on most orders. When you place an order over €59, you don’t pay for shipping. For smaller orders under €59, the shipping cost is only €7.50.
Yes, of course. Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll first receive an order confirmation. As soon as we’ve shipped your package, you’ll receive another email with tracking information, so you can easily follow your order all the way to your door.
All our shipments are fully insured, so you can always feel confident that your package will arrive safely. In the unlikely event that something goes wrong, we’ll of course send a replacement immediately—free of charge.
We ship all parcels with DHL.
We aim to dispatch your order the same day, and delivery usually takes 5–7 business days
We aim to pack and ship all orders the same day, so you’ll usually receive your parcel as early as the next business day. If you’ve changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or wish to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible at support@mayafreya.ie.
As long as your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can usually make changes. If your order has already been shipped, we’re unfortunately unable to modify it—but please do get in touch anyway, and we’ll find a solution together.
Yes, of course. You have a 30-day right of return from the day you receive your parcel.
If you simply want a different product, size, or color, we offer free exchanges for a full 365 days, giving you plenty of time to make sure it’s the perfect choice for you.
